$200 Postmarked by February 29, 2020
$200 PA Application Postmarked by February 29, 2020
$220 Postmarked by March 31, 2020
$240 Postmarked after March 31, 2020
Campers of Volunteers receive a reduced registration fee
Optional Fees:
$28 Themed Sweatshirt
$8 All Camp Photo
$4 Additional Family Members Who Attend Family BBQ (Camper BBQ included in registration)

​Your registration ONLY becomes valid when we have received your camp completed form and fees. Please mail camp fees (Use Camper Fees and Optional Fees to calculate the total amount due) and all of your camp paperwork to the camp Registrar at:

​  If at the time your campers forms are received there is no space available, you will be contacted and given a choice to be put on the waiting list..

Additional forms if needed:
 *  2a-Camper Health Exam  
(Medical exams are required if the camper has had within 18 months prior to camp: 
surgery, serious illness, injury that has limited their activity, or has been hospitalized.)
      
      *  2b-Camper Daily Medication Record
(For any prescription or over the counter drugs that will be brought to camp)
